Single Deck Bus Conversions

Single deck bus conversions work well for specialist projects or services with a lower footfall, or where there are likely to be fewer people than on a double decker bus on board at any one time.

In recent months we’ve completed bus conversions for health, charity and education customers including our very first Covid-19 vaccination bus. This was built around the idea of a mobile clinic, to ensure the long-term future of the vehicle once the vaccination programme was completed.

A mobile clinic is a great example of where a single deck bus conversion works well, as patients can easily access all areas of the vehicle, but there’s still plenty of space available for dedicated waiting and treatment areas. Single deck buses also make great mobile libraries and promotional vehicles.
